How do I list a property for auction?
Choose 'By auction' when you post a property for sale, then add the auction details.

When posting a property for sale, choose By auction under How are you selling? and add the date and time, the venue (or tick online), and the minimum bid if you publish one.
Bank auctions (lilam) are listed by the bank or its agent and must name the bank. Auctions appear on the auctions page, soonest first.
