What counts as an active listing?

A listing that's live or waiting for review. Sold, leased and withdrawn listings don't count, and neither do listings you've paid for on their own.

What if I need more listings than my plan includes?

Upgrade to a bigger plan at any time, or pay for the extra listing on its own when that's offered.

How do featured spots work?

Each month your plan adds featured spots. Use one on any live listing to show it at the top of matching searches for a few days. Unused spots don't carry over.

How do I pay and renew?

Pay with eSewa or Khalti. We email you a week before your plan ends; renew from My plan. Renewing early adds the time to what's left.

What happens if my plan ends?

You get a few days' grace. After that, listings over the free allowance are paused, not deleted, and come back as soon as you renew.

How do agency plans work?

An agency plan gives every agent linked to the agency one shared allowance and shared featured spots.
